Priya is a powerhouse in entrepreneurship and interior design. Recognized as one of the “Most Influential Top 50 Women in Dubai” by Womenpreneure 2023 and among the “100 Most Influential in the Architect Industry in the MENA Region” in 2023, she is a multiple international award-winning entrepreneur, architect/interior designer, start-up investor, Bollywood actor, and dancer.

Founder of 361 Degrees Design Solutions: An interior design and fit-out company established in Dubai in 2010, specializing in commercial and residential projects.

Founder of Dubai Dancing Diva by Nrityapriyaa: A sustainable dancing, acting, and art platform for women over 30, founded in Dubai in 2020.

Introduced “Intro to Interior Design” Workshops: For children aged 12 and above, guiding them in the field of interior design and architecture, founded in Dubai in 2020.

With over 20 years of international experience, Priya is skilled in creating unique interior spaces that tell a brand’s story. She has studied innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing at a Dubai university. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she gained valuable experience working with reputed interior design firms globally.

Priya is also an investor in Amara, a digital tech platform for the salon and spa industry, and is soon launching a start-up called Artistic Vibe by Nrityapriyaa. She has been featured on Radio 106.2 FM to discuss interior design trends and sustainability in 2021 and 2023.

As the Managing Director and CEO of 361 Degrees Design Solutions, she is a luxury interior designer and stylist in Dubai. Priya is dedicated to continuous learning and staying current with modern trends and industry knowledge. She emphasizes implementing green office concepts, sustainability, and using recycled materials, collaborating with brands to provide environmentally friendly solutions.

Priya shares her expertise by mentoring on platforms such as Sharjah Business Women and Jupiter, being a speaker, panelist, and hiring interns to create workshops.

Priya has worked on award-winning design projects in India and Dubai. She believes each project is unique and meets challenges head-on, ensuring 361 Degrees Design Solutions delivers on its promises. Priya is a certified engineer by the Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, and the Society of Engineers UAE, and has been a BNI member for eight years.

Amol is an internationally award-winning interior designer and co-founder of 361 Degrees Design Solutions, established in 2010. With a keen eye for detail and strong design instincts, he is passionate about creating and delivering top-quality design and build services. He specializes in interior and furniture design, having studied furniture design in Florence, Italy.
Amol has 20 years of international experience in interior design and fit-out for both commercial and residential projects. Before co-founding 361 Degrees Design Solutions, he managed design operations for leading Dubai-based design houses and fit-out companies. Notably, he led the design team for Microsoft’s corporate office in Dubai, which won an award as the first LEED-certified interior design office project.

Amol’s design style is futuristic, modern, minimal, and sustainability-focused. He believes in value engineering to transform any design into a budget-friendly, sustainable solution. Green design and sustainability are integral to all his projects. He is a certified engineer by the Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, and the Society of Engineers UAE.

In 2015, Amol revolutionized the appearance of pharmacies in Dubai for DM Healthcare Group, transforming healthcare projects to be not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and practical. He has since transformed over 300 healthcare projects across the GCC.

As the Design Director and CEO of 361 Degrees Design Solutions, Amol ensures the firm delivers on its design promises, going the extra mile to achieve clients’ visions.

Achievements:

• “Asia One Best Entrepreneur UAE Award” (2019).
• Part of the team that secured the Cityscape Environmental Award for Architecture in Emerging Markets (2011).
• Led the design team for the first LEED-certified office interior project for Microsoft in Dubai.
• Worked on several LEED projects, including the UAE’s first LEED Gold Certified Commercial Interiors Project with ABN AMRO Bank Back Office Facility (2013).
• Created product designs for wellness interiors, soon to be launched.
• Developing a furniture/product design line with his partner Priya, set to launch soon.
